Dilated.

I know, I know. I'm terrible - but I have a reason for being such a bad blogger. My best friend came up to CPH on wednesday and I had to focus all my magic skills on him because he's very needy. Or something. Friday we hitchhiked to flensborg, where my other good friend has just moved. Great housewarming, even though sleep was a bit underrated(2hrs)Then I went back home on saturday and then directly to a birthday party which ended at 10:30 this morning - and then I met up with two of my other German girls who were visiting to show them around town - at 12. So, the picture is the result of massive lack of sleep, massive amounts of alcohol/cigarettes etc. If you ever run in to me on the street and wanna check if I'm really ( like REALLY) tired just look at my pupils. It's crazy. So good night, lovers - I will be back amongst the living as soon as poss.

Happy Days

Hey guys, just a qick extremely hung-over shout of from me. Yesterday I finished a mayor psychology assignment (and also my last assignment for this school year except of my exams...) so when I handed it in at 23:00 my and some friends went out to celebrate. Right now I'm on my way out to meet my uncle who lives in Singapore and is in CPH today... and tomorrow my best friend is coming (picture of my and my favourite retard) so this week is gonna be a.w.e.s.o.m.e !

Good morning guys, just wanted to wish you an awesome weekend. As for me it's my last day of school (except of a shit load of exams,ofc) so I'm really happy. Other than that I've been awake since 4:30 AM (!) to skype with my boyfriend who's in Australia atm. He coming back in September... so still a long way to go.

Ah, I completely forgot to show you my beautiful new backpack from obey. It's a bit too small for my school stuff, but sometimes I leave some stuff at home just so I can take it. I know - I'm pathetic. But you must agree, it's so p.r.e.t.t.y. <3

Squash au gratin (?)

Maybe you didn't know but I actually do cook a lot- I just always forget to take pictures of my food (also I'm really bad at arranging it on the plate so that it actually not only tastes good but also looks good). At the moment I'm doing no/low carbs after 16 h so this was my dinner last night.

You need (for 1 person)

* 1 large squash
* about 100-125 g of feta cheese (for you danes, don't buy salat tern, it's gross and expensive- go to your nearest groenhandler)
* 1 small egg
* a dash of cream or milk
* handfull of pine nutes
* spices
* random veggies as a side dish ( in this case carrots)

You do

Put the oven on 200°c.Slice the squash by its length and taek out the soft bit in the middle with a spoon. Fry it on the pan in some olive oil and if you like with some onions on a low temperature. While doing that mix the feta, egg and milk/cream in a bowl till it's a nice creamy mass. You can add whatever spices you like - I keep it simple with chili powder, salt and pepper. Take the squash from the pan and put it into some oven-safe thing and load up the fetacream on the hollow part of the squash. Sprinkle with pine nuts. Put it in the pre-heated oven and leave it in there for 20-30 minutes- it's done when it's light brown and the pine nuts are roasted but not burnt. What I did with the carrots that I cooked them in buillon for a few minutes and then fried them on the pan in the remaining olive oil and some chili powder, but you can eat it with whatever you like.

Life's a beach

Bought this bikini from insight last week and now I'm even more impatient for the stupid sun to come out. Can't wait to soak it up in this new piece- Btw it looks much cooler (more purple) in reality and not in the dark on my ikea sheets. As you can see. Also thanks to some of the readers who sent me e-mails the last few weeks, it's really cool when you actually feel you're blogging for someone special and not just random internet junkies :-)

Fucking MAD

I used to be so obsessed with this song. There's just something about it- somehow her voice is so sqeaky and terrible and on the other hand you just want to swirls around and join in. Dunno, anyways I just found it via my favourite iTunes tool : GENIUS <3 If you have an iTunes library like me, with around 10.000 songs, then this is such a great way to re-find songs you've forgotten.

going away to college.

I took a little break from everything, had two of my best friends visiting and then I went to visit friends and parents in Hamburg, which was great. The jacket I'm wearing belongs to my best friend/ (ex)boyfriend / soulmate / nameitheisit - but since he's in AUSTRALIA at the moment I borrowed it when I visited his parents the other day back in GER. I rather love the jacket and of course I was also the one who gave it to him some time ago ...
